Terms & Conditions

RiseCore Jiu-Jitsu Studio · Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms apply to every purchase made through RiseCore's checkout pages, including seminar tickets, private lessons, and online products. RiseCore Jiu-Jitsu Studio is operated by Risecore Marketing LLC, Southern California, USA ("RiseCore," "we," "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Purchases and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

2. Seminar and event tickets

Each ticket admits one person to the event shown at checkout (date, time, and location). Spots are limited. When an event sells out, new buyers are directed to a free waitlist, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. Tickets are personal. If you'd like to transfer yours to someone else, contact us before the event.

3. Our guarantee: credit or refund

Can't attend? Let us know before the event starts and your full ticket price becomes credit toward a private session at RiseCore Private Jiu-Jitsu Studio in Santa Ana.

Not worth it? If you attend and feel the seminar wasn't worth what you paid, tell us within 7 days after the event and we'll refund you in full. No hard questions.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Changes or cancellation by RiseCore

If we need to reschedule or relocate an event, we'll notify you by email or text as soon as possible. Your ticket carries over to the new date, or you may request a full refund instead. If we cancel an event, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Health, safety, and assumption of risk

Jiu-jitsu is a contact sport and carries an inherent risk of injury. By attending, you confirm you are in suitable physical condition to train and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Train at your own pace, tell the instructor about any injuries or limitations, and stop at any time. You may be asked to sign a participation waiver at the host gym before training. Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent.

6. Filming and recordings

Seminars may be filmed and photographed, including live rounds. By attending, you agree that RiseCore may use footage and photos that include you for the event recording and for RiseCore's educational and promotional content. If you'd rather not appear on camera, let the instructor know at check-in and we'll do our best to keep you out of the shot. Recordings shared with attendees are for personal use only and may not be resold or publicly reposted.

7. Conduct

We expect respectful behavior toward the instructor, other participants, and the host facility. We may remove anyone who puts others at risk, without a refund.

8. Privacy and communications

We use the name, email, and phone number you provide to process your order, send event details and reminders, and contact you about your purchase. We may also send occasional updates about RiseCore events and training. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiseCore's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

11. Contact
